Hi, I am Heike.

Sacred intimacy, self love and feminine embodiment coach.

I love supporting women who have a deep desire to break free from the chains of numbness, shame and self-doubt to create deep intimacy in life and in relationships.

After not feeling enough in my body as a woman, not feeling good enough as a mother and feeling lost in my marriage, I went on some life changing journeys of reconnecting with my pleasure, my purpose and my power.

I know that a pleasure filled life is possible for everyone.

Through my compassionate and powerful guidance, clients reconnect with their pleasure, find safety and bliss in their bodies, and speak their truth.

When I am not coaching or leading women’s groups, you find me spending time with my kids, practicing my public speaking skills and infusing my life with a sense of playfulness.
